Position Title : CRM/SR. Executive/SME/TL
Reporting To: Manager - Operations
CTC: up to INR 4.00 Lacs, depending on the candidates' experience & current / last CTC drawn
Nearest Metro station - Huda City Center
The incumbent will be responsible for :
1.Responding to customer queries related to Sunglasses, Lenses etc.
2.Providing resolution to customers' complaints & grievances
3.Handling inbound /Outbound calls to customers for verification, customer satisfaction
4.Maintaining the AHT for the process
5.Replying customers via mail as well(Depends)
Candidate should have the following :
1.Should have good communication skills, good excel knowledge
2.Should be a graduate, at least
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A
