Position- Customer Service (Voice Process)

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Handle incoming/outgoing requests from the customers
- Efficiently gather complete information
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.
Generic & Behavioral Skills :
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Should be proficient with computers.
- Should have strong decision making and analytical abilities
- Willing to work in a flexible schedule
Qualification & Experience :
Under Graduate / Graduate - Freshers/Experienced can apply.
