Position : Customer Services (Voice Process)
Location : Noida
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Handle incoming/outgoing requests from the customers.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process.
Generic & Behavioral Skills :
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Should be proficient with computers.
- Willing to work in a flexible schedule
- 5 Days Working
- Good salary + incentives + T.A.
Qualification & Experience :
Under Graduate / Graduate - Fresher's / Experienced can apply.
