We have opening with our organization for Telemarketing Executive role.

About us : Compact Hometel Private Limited is the pioneer of the concept of serviced apartments in the country starting their humble operations way back in 1996. We try to bring the best of home and hotel and hence the word Hometel ( Home + Hotel) . With an industry experience of 20 years, we are among the largest and the most experienced operators in the country for corporate accommodation

In our proposed new model, we have embarked on a very prestigious initiative full of innovations, to reach out to 700 -900 properties with more than 25000 rooms across the country, that will make us the largest, most efficient and the most preferred corporate vendor for serviced apartments and short term accommodation. In this endeavour, we have already built a technology interface that is tailor made to handle the requirements of corporate bookings. We believe that we are at the threshold of another breakthrough, defining the future of the accommodation world that would make us the most preferred and admired vendor.

We are looking for young, energetic and enthusiastic Tele marketing professional to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

- Present and promote products and services over the phone to potential B2B/ corporate/ institutional clients

- Help the company growth by liaisoning with new and existing and developing business

- Explain and clarify customer queries

- Set up appointment for the company's marketing executives

- Setup a skype call with customers and market the company's products and services

- Keep database of customer information and response in database along with relevant details

- Follow up with customers and internal sales team

- Take and process and close orders wherever possible

- Source database of potential customers in case the existing database is insufficient

- Preparing activity reports and reporting to the manager

Skill set :

- Excellent communication in English and good command over language, grammar and telephone etiquettes

- Good interpersonal skills

- Patience in explaining queries of customers

- Proven experience in telesales with good persuasion skills

- Good knowledge of relevant computer usage ( CRM, skype, social media etc)

- Ability to learn about products and services quickly

- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
