Co-Founder - Business Head - Fashion Brand (1-4 yrs)

The venture is creating a fashion brand (jewellery) with hybrid online-offline channel. Early stage venture where the 'Business Head' has to drive most of the initiatives. Partial commitment by anchor investor already secured and additional commitment need to be secured by the Business Head.
In three years time, a high performing business head is expected to have largest equity stake along with the title of CEO. In best case, you have to take a cut in your existing CTC, if you choose to join and in worst case, you have to live on a modest stipend.
Apply only if you have risk appetite and you have not celebrated your 28th birthday. Also please apply only if your MBA is full-time (2 years). Other fancy titles/part-time degrees makes our job difficult.
