Generate Leads through various OL and offline media

Follow up with the leads generated by self and also the leads generated by marketing team

Ensure Site visits and office visits of the clients

To ensure more conversions happen with effective communication

Innovative BTL activities to generate more leads and conversions

Candidates with experience in North Bangalore market preferred.

Flat Sales

2 wheeler must for job seeking candidate

Telemarketer

Make calls to all the leads generated.

Ensure at least 20 site visits happen from the leads circulated

Good communication to convert leads to probables.

Effective use of Mails, SMS, etc.,

Candidates with experience in Digital property channel partners like Proptiger, squareyards, greaterbangalore.

Communicate well in English & Hindi, other languages a plus

Sales Executive :

Working in companies like Proptiger, Squareyards, Greater Bangalore, Artha Property, other digital channel partners

Sales executive 1 :

Plots focused - Working with Plot Developer or Channel Partner firms with prior work experience in North Bangalore. Developers like apranjee, msk, century real estate, VIP housing.

Sales executive 2:

Flats focused - Working with Developers or Channel Partner firms (Squareyards, Proptiger, PropGod, etc.,)

Telemarketing - 1

Prior experience in plotted development company or channel partner company as a telemarketer.

Two Sales executives who have prior experience in Plot selling in Bangalore (North Bangalore would be a plus). A 2 wheeler is a must for these candidates. We should be freezing the requirements at the earliest. Do schedule interviews for these candidates.
