CCI Projects - Manager - Marketing (4-8 yrs)
To research analyze and evaluate the competitive market environment
Develops, manages and implements creative, effective and successful marketing plans
To research analyze all marketing activities of our business (sales product mix customer profile demographic etc. Product positioning and create brand recognition
Marketing plans should include Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Product Development, and Pricing & Distribution.
Supervises the monitoring of all advertising campaigns, news related to competitor to keep abreast of any developments to act accordingly.
Strategize and administer the firm's marketing budget. Keep effective control of budgets
Inspects, reports, and ensures in co-ordination with Property Department that the company's image is maintained at high standard.
Maintain close liaison with all departments on activities and seek any advise if required
Rich exposure in digital marketing
Excellent at Content writing
Experience in marketing of luxury brands of real estate or Luxury cars, etc is preferable
Undertake any other responsibilities assigned to him by the top management.
