Reports To: Team Leader

Location: Mumbai

Responsibility:

Business Development through Program Advisory. To advise on various open and custom program offerings through tele-calling. Be able to convince top and senior management decision makers like CEOs, Managing Directors, HR heads, Heads of Learning & development and other functional heads.Influences to create awareness about executive education programmes and generate interest / appointments.

Languages Required:

- Program Advisory and Business Development through Outbound tele-calling

- Maneuvering through the organization to connect with the right party contact

- Presenting the programme details and soliciting interest

- Positioning the product strongly with it's features & benefits

- Generating interest in presented product

- Scheduling appointment if need be

English & Hindi

Primary External Interactions -

(Clientele type required to be handled)

- CEOs and MDs

- HR Heads / Managers

- L&D Heads / Managers

- Business Heads

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to negotiate and convince

- Ability to grasp quickly & co-relate

- Good client relationship / rapport / bonding skills

- Having a persuasive / go-getter attitude

- Moderate proficiency in computer operating

- Typing speed of 35 w.p.m.

Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate (10+2)

Experience:

Around 1 year of experience of business development and advisory through outbound telecalling

Remuneration:

Monthly CTC as per market rates (typically between Rs. 15K to 20K per month)
