Position: Manager Sales

Candidate preferably from startup background.

Mission: Owns and runs the complete sales machine

What will you do:

- Managing a team of Sales Consultants, FEs & TEs

- Achieve the given monthly & quarterly targets

- Motivating the team towards achieving company goals & objectives

- Hiring & Training the team whenever required

- Managing conflict and coming up with effective negotiation and sales strategies

- Working closely with all teams to ensure seamless service delivery to the customer

- Increasing the customer satisfaction in terms of services they are using

What you will need:

- B.Tech/MBA from a well recognized institute

- Min 4-5 yrs. exp in managing a highly goal oriented sales team

- Exp in managing outbound sales process

- Should be self motivated & target driven

- Effective Leadership & team handling skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Tech Savvy

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Energetic & Aggressive

- Ambitious to achieve results in life
