Branch Head & Business Development Manager - Executive Search Firm (9-19 yrs)
The incumbent will be responsible:
1. Branch Management with P&L Accountability
2. Team Management
3. Business Development for clients (Pan India)
4. Client Service
5. Social Media Marketing
6. MIS
Candidate Specification:
Qualification: MBA preferred
Industry Exposure : Should have past experience with any Executive search firm or any permanent recruitment firm
Experience: 7 + years with expertise of Business Development, P&L management
Traits: Sales aptitude, hobnobbing skills, team management, willing to travel.
