Bombay Shirt Company is looking for a Marketing Manager to plan and build the brand's marketing roadmap and manage its physical presence, supporting its digital marketing, e-commerce, and store expansion growth story. This role involves building partnerships with other brands to create awareness and maximize store visibility, traffic, and sales conversion. This is a great opportunity to work directly with BSC's top management and manage the entire gamut of marketing function including brand management, visual merchandising, and public relations at multiple stores. The candidate will play a key role in growing BSC into a leading custom shirt company in India.

Bombay Shirts Company, a pioneer in online customer shirts in India, has rapidly expanded from one store to four stores across 3 metros with a growing e-commerce portal. Conceived & based in the heart of Bombay, BSC encapsulates the essence of the city; modern and fast paced, and buttressed with old world charm.

A highly competitive salary (7-9 Lacs CTC) based on your experience and an opportunity to learn from the top management directly. You will be directly reporting to the Founder/CEO.

Detailed Responsibilities :

- Responsible for all store promotions and new product launches

- Create local and regional awareness by building traffic-driving marketing strategies for retail stores

- Develop local programs to engage shoppers and prospects with experiential marketing and partnerships

- Develop and implement social marketing strategy for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blogs, Website, Newsletter, etc. using tools such as SEO, SEM, Google Ad Words, and Google Analytics

- Manage 360-degree marketing campaigns to include digital marketing, offline marketing, brand management and PR

- Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate to support the digital marketing team.

- Media planning and buying : Plan and execute an integrated marketing plan across channels and modes (PR, ATL, BTL), draw up budgets, track performance, and identify new paths for growth

- Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly marketing plans and budget allocation for online and offline marketing activities

- Driving communication and media/public relation activities as well as promotional campaigns

- Initiate & execute media collaborations, cross promotions as well as establishing corporate tie ups and exhibitions

- Coordinating photo shoot for product/ press release/ events etc. and managing vendors for collaterals/ events etc.

- Managing various agencies for digital, PR, website, designing, printing, etc.

- Responsible for tracking and recommending best-practice approaches and maximizing ROI within available budget

- Support the sales team to achieve their targets.

Desired Profile:

- 4 years relevant experience; with a fashion brand or retail company

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in marketing/fashion/brand/luxury management is preferred

- International brand experience, work experience, or study experience is highly preferred

- Experience in visual merchandising, brand collaboration, digital campaign, and social media management is preferred

- Understanding of fashion retail marketing and detail-orientation with strong organizational ability

- Clear communicator with excellent verbal and extraordinary written communication skills

- Passion and drive for working effectively in a start-up environment with deadlines and shifting priorities

- Strong understanding of direct marketing channels and experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Creative mindset and ability to visualize and execute campaigns and produce superior quality social media content

- A proactive enterprising person who can work independently without requiring day-to-day guidance

- Ability to build relationships with customers/clients, partners, and other stakeholders

- Blogging and writing experience preferred
