Age - 25y to 35y

Inerview location - Turbhe/Andheri

Day of interview - Wednesday/Thursday f2f only.

Probation - 2 months..

Performance - In 45days, training will be provided

Has to be b2b sales /fresher ready for b2b sales

Education - Freser - graduate / experience - HSC + 2years b2b sales experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal Candidate would have good English speaking skills, will be presentable and would have at least 1 year of corporate / B2B selling experience. Telecom industry experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Must have direct field & cold calling exposure.

1) Product Selling

2) B2B Sales, New business development

3) Prospecting/ providing standard and customized solutions to clients across domains and segments

4) Consistency is meeting sales targets

5) Setting and managing client expectations

6) Managing client relationships, upselling and cross selling other company products.

7) Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification and classification.

8) Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product or services.

9) Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.

10) Ensure proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
