Overview of the Role and Requirements
The Tele-Marketing associate is responsible for inviting students and parents to enroll in Avanti's existingand new Centres.
Responsibilities:
- Making and receiving calls to communicate information about Avanti to various customerscentrally.
- Data collection, management and follow up on queries centrally.
- Updating feedbacks and data which we receive through various sales and marketing campaigns.
- Pitching various products and programs to our callers.
- Handle all the external communication including online chats, calls and mails.
Requirements:
- Education: Any undergraduate degree.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Functional knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Proficient in English reading and writing
- Work experience is a Plus.
- Ability to understand the concern of the customer and address it satisfactorily
- Ability to take initiative while talking
