Job Description:

Advisor Management

- Recruit and train a team of advisors

- Ensure that advisors attend regular training sessions (that the company holds) that will help them pass the mandatory IRDA exam and get their licenses

- Train advisors for fixing appointment, meet customers, understand & plan insurance need

- Keep a track of their progress and ensure that they always remain motivated

- Train advisors in identifying client needs, pitching right product to right customer, answer & resolve their issues

- Relationship management - Promote and service customer with available & requisite insurance

- Servicing - Ensure requisite service is provided to existing customers

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum Qualification-Graduate.

- 1-8 years experience in sales. Experience in Insurance, Banking, Broking, Financial product selling, Telecom, IT sales, Consumer Goods, Pharma sales.

- Need to have hunger for growth in life.

- Proficiency in English and local language.

- Need aggressive, ambitious, clear thought process guys.
