Job Title: Asst Manager/Manager - Sales - Banking
Job Description:
- Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of through Banks
- Develop and strengthen relationships to promote HDFC AMC schemes across banking partners
- Knowledge sharing and training by making effective sales presentations on products
- Liaison within the Organization to ensure that information and servicing needs of the investors / distributors are met
- Effectively handle queries / grievances while following with TAT
- Regular MIS and reporting
Key Skills:
- Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to ensure healthy market share
- Strong networking & relationship building skills necessary to manage high end investors / distributors
- In-depth knowledge of MF Industry, Products & Financial Markets (Equity/Debt)
- Excellent Communication & Good Presentation Skills
- Self-Starter, Proactive & Target Oriented
- High Enthusiasm & Aggression
- Team Managing Skills
- Pleasing Personality
- A person with experience of handling Banking Channel in a Mutual Fund or from Banking (RM) would be preferred
Salary: INR 700000 - 1400000
