REPORTS TO : DGM - Business Development

Ready to Cook Recipe Mixes, Customized Gravies

ROLE OBJECTIVE / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Responsible for Sales development - Channels / Institutions / Modern Trade

- Excellent connect with the Premium Hotels / Restaurants chains / HORECA Segment

- Setup / Expand existing channel network

- Should be able to design the Sales Strategy and plan for the Gravies Business.

- Will be handling the Ready to Cook Recipe Mixes, Customized Gravies Business Sales and execution of sales Plan.

- Self-driven to drive the maximization of volume and revenue from the Business.

- Has to work towards integrated market execution and market expansion for the Gravies Business

- Sales Strategy Development - Analyse market to identify gaps and opportunities within the Gravies business segment to develop the sales strategy

- Sales Plan Development : Develop, review and regularly update the monthly sales plan with inputs from Business Head and analysis of trends and other factors; develop and regularly track horizontal expansion plan to achieve growth as planned

- Sales Management : Interact with other function heads to resolve sales issues, work in cross functional teams to ensure demand fulfilment and compliance with Organization norms on credit and other policies

- Finance & Commercial Management: Will be responsible for Collections from the trade in Gravies segment.
