Responsible for volume and value target as set by the company
Customer complaint handling
Attending customer complaints
Taking corrective action
New customer / product development
Taking survey of the competitors potential
Collecting fast moving shade samples
Co-ordinations with R&D to develop the shades
Conducting trails at customer end
Co-ordination to get approval of products
Responsible for new business development & giving technical support to existing customers.
Attending customer complaint & conducting trial for new product development.
Key account handling.
Salary : INR 12,00,000 - 14,00,000 P.A.

Minimum 5 - 7 Years in OEM and Powder Coating Market into Sales, Collection Budget and organizing payment collection
Personality Trait Requirements :
Must be capable of communicating in the local language.
Dynamic, Objective, Achievement oriented having sound managerial capability.
Customer friendly, Good in interpersonal relationship
Sound analytical skill and a Team Player
Education : UG -B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization
