Area Sales Manager - Credit Cards
Function: Credit Cards - Branch Sales
Eligibility: Graduate / Preferably post graduate with 6-9 years of Sales Experience in Banking (preferably Credit Cards)
Team Size: Handling a team of 15-20 members including 2 - 3 Sales Managers
Job Role:
- To drive team to ensure delivery of sales, profitability and Fee Income in the designated geography
- To strategize & initiate activities / trainings to increase the leads
- To motivate, guide, train & mentor sales team for delivery of their expected performance
- To undertake new client acquisition, retention & growth for larger customer base
- To ensure risk management, policy/process adherence & documentation
